Elleray Room Hire terms & condition

We ask you to sign a contract and ensure you read all the Terms and Conditions thoroughly. We do ask you pop into the hall to make sure it is right for you.  We ask for a £100 CASH deposit and we give you a key for the building. When you return the key we return the £100 in cash.  We email you a invoice normally around the mid month before you hire and you can pay via BACS transfer.  There are cancellations charges as per the T&Cs, we can email you the contract in advance or we can give it to you in person when you come in to view or pick up the key. We do require you to return the key as soon as possible.
